Returns & Exchanges Policy
Address Changes:
- You can change the shipping address by emailing us with your order number, current shipping address, and the new address before your order leaves our facility.
Cancellations/Returns:
- You can enjoy our Return/Exchange Policy for 90 days.
- If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, please submit a support ticket with clear photos and email us. We will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange.
- Cancellation of an order before dispatch is subject to a 15% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation is not supported after an order has been placed.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product.Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
Exchange & Return:
- If you received any broken items, the wrong order or item(s), or poor/defective quality products, please submit a support ticket with clear photos and email us. We will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange.To get the return address, please contact our customer service via service@dreamreborns.com.
Attention:
- The address on the package is not the return address. Please contact our customer service to get the return address via email.
- We are not responsible for the consequences and costs of any unconfirmed returns.
Please note that we do not cover the following reasons for Return/Exchange:
- Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Personal reasons such as changed mind, personal taste, etc.
